AoTTG2 Launches on Android with Cross-Play
AoTTG2, the fan-made Attack on Titan action sequel by Feng Lee and the AoTTG2 Team, launched on Android via itch.io with Omni-Directional Movement Gear and PC cross-play.
Feng Lee and the AoTTG2 Team have released AoTTG2 for Android on itch.io. The Android build connects to the same servers as the PC version, allowing Android and PC players to join the same matches.
Players take the role of Survey Corps soldiers facing Titans across solo missions, cooperative battles and competitive PvP modes. Core gameplay centers on the Omni-Directional Movement Gear to traverse the environment quickly and reach Titan weak points. The game includes a range of weapons that reference the original anime and manga.
Developers note the game’s fast-paced movement and combat require practice to use effectively. Competitive modes rely on precise movement and timing, co-op modes let small teams coordinate to defeat larger Titans, and solo modes provide mission-based objectives and a place to practice mechanics.
The Android release follows several years of development and testing by a community of players and modders. The team indicated future updates will be produced for both the mobile and PC builds together, including fixes, improvements and additional polish. An iOS version is pending and will be announced later.
AoTTG2 is a fan-made title inspired by the Attack on Titan franchise. It began as a community project and will continue to receive patches and community-driven development.
