Arknights: Endfield 1.5 adds Typhoeus, Snowy Forest, Suiming
GRYPHLINE revealed Arknights: Endfield Version 1.5 ‘Dreamscape of Wind and Snow’ will launch Sept. 2, 2026, adding 6-star Typhoeus, the Snowy Forest and a Suiming time-loop.
GRYPHLINE revealed Version 1.5 of Arknights: Endfield, titled ‘Dreamscape of Wind and Snow’. The update is scheduled for Sept. 2, 2026 and introduces a 6-star Nature Striker, a new exploration area called the Snowy Forest, and additional content set to appear later in September.
The Snowy Forest is located near Yinglung Pass. The area is covered in dense fog that can make travelers lose their way and circle back. Navigation features in the region affect exploration routes and combat encounters. The area concludes with a confrontation against the regional boss Gloomwald’s Rage.
Typhoeus joins the roster as a 6-star Nature Striker assigned to Rhodes Island. She wields a large bow and can take to the air to strike multiple enemies while avoiding many ground attacks. Her abilities include deploying a Barrage Array that slows foes and increases Nature Burst damage.
Suiming opens on Sept. 24, 2026. The city becomes trapped in a repeating 15-minute time loop in which rising and falling tides change available routes and reveal areas that are inaccessible at other times. Players will collect parts to repair the Waking Bell and gather clues in each loop to reconstruct the city’s past. Items and parts collected during a loop persist after resets, allowing steady progress across attempts.
Beginning Sept. 24, the Purrchena Tribute Event lets players recruit Purrchena for free. Purrchena is a Physical Defender who uses a shield to protect nearby allies and can throw gift boxes that heal teammates or provide support effects in combat. The event provides her recommended weapon, Dessert Moment, and completing all six event missions grants enough copies to fully upgrade both the Operator and the weapon.
Version 1.5 also adds new challenges, new seasons for Echoes of War, and a series of quality-of-life and gameplay improvements across exploration and combat systems. GRYPHLINE’s reveal did not list full patch notes.
Arknights: Endfield is developed by GRYPHLINE and builds on characters and lore from the original Arknights series while adding open-world exploration and RPG systems. Typhoeus’s arrival connects the update to established Operators, while the Snowy Forest and Suiming introduce new navigation and time-based puzzle mechanics.
