BanG Dream! Our Notes closed beta starts Aug. 6; pre-register

Bilibili Game will run a global closed beta for BanG Dream! Our Notes on Android and iOS beginning Aug. 6, 2026. Applications for the closed beta are open through July 20, 2026; selected participants will receive email notifications and download instructions.

Global pre-registration is available on the Google Play Store and the App Store. The App Store listing includes a Dec. 20, 2026 date that may indicate a full release. Pre-registration includes milestone rewards, including rewards reported as 20 free gacha pulls as participation thresholds are met.

The game introduces a rhythm system called GEKISO LIVE, designed to add high-energy sections to performances. It will support real-time co-op sessions with up to five players performing on a single stage. The soundtrack will mix original songs and tracks from across the BanG Dream! franchise.

Story content is presented through a cinematic narrative system and dedicated chapters that extend beyond the anime. At launch the title will feature five bands and 25 characters and will add groups such as Mugendai MewType, Ikka Dumb Rock! and millsage with their own chapters. An Assist mode is available for new players alongside standard rhythm gameplay.

To apply for the closed beta, visit the game’s official website, open the News section and complete the CBT recruitment survey. The closed beta is a limited-time data wipe test, and progress from the test will not carry over to a final release.

BanG Dream! Our Notes was first revealed for Japan in January 2026 and its global edition was announced in March 2026. The closed beta and open pre-registration are part of the publisher’s run-up to a wider launch later in the year.
