Bleach Mirrors High adds deep character and weapon customization

Bandai Namco’s Bleach Mirrors High will let players customize characters and weapons and uses card-driven, combo-based combat; it targets a summer mobile release.

Bandai Namco says Bleach Mirrors High will let players customize avatars and weapons while using a card-based, combo combat system. The publisher released an overview trailer and posted new details as the game targets a summer mobile launch window.

Avatar options include choices for hair style, face, body shape and eye style. Each element supports a wide color palette. Weapon customization covers selectable blades, guards and hilts, plus decorative effects that change a weapon’s appearance during combat.

Gameplay combines action-RPG elements with a card and combo mechanic. Players assemble a three-character team and use cards to execute sequences of moves. Chaining cards can trigger cooperative Link Attacks that involve multiple characters. The overview trailer shows examples of card-based combos and combat animations.

Bleach Mirrors High was first announced late last year. Bandai Namco has not provided a firm release date, only a summer window. The company has not yet released information on pricing, platform-specific details beyond mobile positioning, regional rollouts, progression systems or monetization.

The game adapts characters and combat themes from the Bleach franchise into a mobile action RPG format that includes avatar and weapon visual options and linked team attacks. Bandai Namco is expected to share further development updates and specific launch details ahead of the planned summer release.
