Blood of Dawnwalker Tops 2M Steam Wishlists
Rebel Wolves’ vampire action RPG Blood of Dawnwalker reached 2 million Steam wishlists ahead of its Sept. 3, 2026 release.
Rebel Wolves confirmed that Blood of Dawnwalker, its vampire action RPG, has surpassed 2 million wishlists on Steam, arriving just under two months before the game’s Sept. 3, 2026 release.
Rebel Wolves is a new studio formed by developers who previously worked on high-profile role-playing games. Blood of Dawnwalker is the studio’s first project.
The game is set in a dark fantasy world and emphasizes story-driven gameplay. It includes a time-limit mechanic that will affect how players approach missions and progression. Trailers and early reveals have highlighted these elements and attracted attention from action-RPG players.
Steam wishlists are used as an early indicator of audience interest and can improve a title’s visibility on the storefront. Higher wishlist totals have correlated with stronger day-one sales for some games, but wishlist figures do not guarantee commercial success and conversion rates vary between titles.
Compared with larger franchises such as The Witcher and Elden Ring, Blood of Dawnwalker is a smaller-scale project and has not reached the same level of mainstream attention. The title has drawn interest within the action-RPG community and appears on lists of anticipated releases for 2026.
With less than two months remaining before launch, the studio has time for further marketing and additional gameplay reveals prior to release.
