Bluey: Let’s Play adds hairdresser and BBQ minigames

Budge Studios added hairdresser and BBQ grillmaster minigames plus a Dress-up Mode to Bluey: Let’s Play to mark 75 million downloads.

Budge Studios released its largest update for Bluey: Let’s Play, adding two new minigames — a hairdresser activity and a BBQ grillmaster game — alongside a Dress-up Mode. The update was published to mark the app reaching 75 million downloads.

The hairdresser minigame tasks players with basic styling and cutting mechanics designed for preschool users. The BBQ grillmaster minigame focuses on simple grilling actions and timing. Budge Studios described both additions as light, hands-on activities that fit the app’s simple controls and pace.

Dress-up Mode allows players to dress familiar Bluey characters in costumes and accessories and keep those outfits across other parts of the app. Budge Studios noted the feature gives children more options to personalise characters during play.

Bluey: Let’s Play is aimed at preschool-age players and uses characters and themes from the Bluey animated series. Budge Studios, which holds the Bluey licence for the game, has updated the mobile app since launch with new modes and regular content additions.

The update is available now through the game’s existing app distribution platforms. The studio released the content alongside the 75 million download milestone to expand the app’s lineup of short, child-focused activities for families.
