Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 adds Terminator 2 crossover

Season 7 of Call of Duty: Mobile, titled ‘Terminated’, launches Aug. 5, 2026. The update brings a Terminator 2: Judgment Day crossover, two new multiplayer modes, a Lockdown Battle Royale mode on Rebirth Island, a refreshed Nuketown map and a seasonal Battle Pass that features the Cronen Squall assault rifle and new cosmetics.

The Terminator crossover includes themed events, exclusive Operator variants and weapon blueprints. Players earn Cyberdyne Tech points by completing rotating daily objectives to unlock more than 15 rewards, including weapon camos, charms, sprays and the Blackjack Endoskeleton Operator variant. The in-game store will run the It Goes Two event with the T-800 and T-1000 Operators, which can be upgraded to Legendary quality and switched between forms during play; the event offers Kill Counter watches and unique lobby animations.

Operator Skill Overdrive is a new free-for-all multiplayer mode in which players collect, upgrade and combine Operator Skills to create Fusion Skills. Each skill can be upgraded multiple times during a match and skill cooldowns shorten as the match progresses. Hardpoint: Mayhem assigns players randomly to one of three battlefield roles – Anchor, Rover or Controller – each with distinct loadouts, abilities and scoring objectives.

Lockdown is an objective-based Battle Royale mode on Rebirth Island. Teams capture and defend rotating objectives while respawns remain active. Certain objectives become High Value Zones that award double points and lead to concentrated clashes.

Nuketown receives a visual overhaul inspired by its Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 appearance. The map keeps its classic layout while receiving upgraded lighting, improved environmental detail and higher-resolution textures.

Seasonal progression includes a free Battle Pass and a Premium Pass. The free track features the Cronen Squall assault rifle, noted for low recoil and reliable accuracy, and the Overload Battle Royale Class, which equips Operators with a Shock Stick. The Premium Pass includes Operator skins such as Ether – Cyborg Rebel, Demir – The Mech Hunter and Ripper – Broadcast, additional weapon blueprints and subscriber bonuses for Ground Forces members.

Additional season activities include an Arcade Event that rewards participation in the new modes with items such as the Jet – Golden Flaw Operator and five Epic Weapon Blueprints, and a COD Points Rush that lets players earn time-limited COD Points through weekly missions. A Challenge Pass offers standard, special and elite missions that yield tokens redeemable for seasonal items, including the MX Guardian – Virus Disruptor weapon blueprint. The in-game store adds the Undead Legion Series Armory of Legendary blueprints and a Weapon Lucky Draw featuring the Cronen Squall – Widow’s Bite blueprint and the Lyra – Widow’s Sentinel Operator skin. Season 7 will run a Summer Event and a Tagging Team Event during its season.
