Call of Duty: Mobile Season 9 pits vampires against werewolves
Call of Duty: Mobile Season 9 begins Oct. 14 with Fang War, a faction event in which players choose vampires or werewolves and complete missions for rewards.
Call of Duty: Mobile Season 9 will launch on Oct. 14 with Fang War, a Halloween event that divides players between vampire and werewolf factions. Players will complete missions to help their chosen faction gain dominance.
Faction rewards may include the SO-14 – Moonlit Marksman rifle for one side and the Type-25 – Lone Wolf assault rifle for the other. The rewards available to each player will depend on the faction selected.
The season will include the Call of the Dead event, which is themed around Mexico’s Day of the Dead festival. Players can collect event currency and exchange it for rewards, including an Operator skill skin.
The Vampires vs. Werewolves Battle Pass will add more horror-themed content. Playlists tied to the previous Street Fighter and Honkai Impact 3rd collaborations will also return.
Season 9 will introduce Leader’s Kill Confirmed, a variation of the standard Kill Confirmed mode. Players will not collect tags from every defeated opponent. Instead, they must eliminate the opposing team’s leader and collect that player’s tags. The leader role changes whenever the current leader is eliminated.
Call of Duty: Mobile Season 9 and the Fang War event will be available from Oct. 14.
