Chillquarium launches idle aquarium game on Android and iOS

Snapbreak Games released Chillquarium worldwide on Android and iOS after Android Early Access began in May 2026; the idle pixel-art aquarium game first appeared on PC.

Snapbreak Games has released Chillquarium worldwide for Android and iOS. The mobile launch follows an Android Early Access period that began in May 2026 and an earlier release on PC.

Created by indie developer Ben Reber, Chillquarium is an idle aquarium game with pixel-art visuals. The title lets players collect more than 180 fish species, including rare and ultra-rare color variants.

Fish purchased by players grow in real time and continue to develop when the app is closed. Mature fish can be sold for in-game currency to expand tank space and unlock additional species, supporting gradual progression without constant play.

The game includes offline rewards, booster packs, idle progression mechanics, decorative items and aquarium customization options. Tanks display real-time day and night cycles and the release includes an original soundtrack.

The mobile release is available on the Google Play Store and the App Store, offering the same core experience on both platforms.

Reber and Snapbreak Games used the PC run and Android Early Access to test and refine collection and progression systems ahead of the global mobile release.
