Clash of Cards: Collect, Trade Cards and Earn Rewards
Clash of Clans runs Clash of Cards from August 1–31, 2026, turning troops into collectible cards players can earn, trade with clanmates and redeem for in-game rewards including a new skin.
Clash of Clans is holding Clash of Cards for its 14th Clashiversary from August 1 to August 31, 2026. The event converts troops into collectible cards that players can earn, trade with clanmates and exchange for in-game rewards.
The event centers on the Card Hunt. Players earn two card packs per day from multiplayer battles and receive 10 additional packs at the start of the event, a combination Supercell estimates can produce up to 68 packs from regular attacks. During raids players must destroy a specified building to claim a pack, and new players receive their first pack after completing the Card Collecting tutorial.
Additional packs come from in-game store tasks running August 3–30, free Trader pack drops on August 4, 11 and 18, the free track of the Medal Event from August 12–31, and occasional social media drops.
Opening a pack triggers a three-step reveal animation that indicates whether a card is new or duplicate and offers a brief hint of rarity before the full reveal. Players access their collection from the Clash of Cards event button or from a permanent Clash of Cards decoration placed in their village. Collected cards display normally while missing cards are greyed out. Single copies of a card remain locked in the collection and cannot be traded.
Trading works through requests made on the collection screen; requests post to Clan Chat so clanmates can send duplicates. At launch both trading players must be online at the same time to complete an exchange. Requests use a cooldown similar to Clan Castle troop requests; players may spend Gems to skip the cooldown. Only duplicate cards can be traded and the system prevents a player from trading away their final copy of any card.
The Trader Shop accepts excess duplicates for exchanges into new packs. Two duplicate copies of the same common card can be exchanged for a random card, a random Elixir Card, a random Dark Elixir Card or a random Builder Base Card. Super Troop Cards require three duplicate copies for a Trader exchange. The Trader will not allow the last copy of a card to be traded away.
Completing card categories and collecting larger numbers of unique cards unlocks specific rewards. The permanent Clash of Cards decoration remains after the event and serves as an access point to the completed collection. Clearing all Elixir Cards awards a Rune of Elixir, finishing the Dark Elixir set grants a Rune of Dark Elixir, completing the Builder Base Cards yields a Rune of Gold, and collecting every Super Troop Card provides a Legendary Chest. Milestone rewards for reaching set totals of unique cards include a Book of Cards decoration, ores and builder potions at higher milestones, and the Manga Fury Prince skin for collecting 60 different cards.
