Clash of Clans August 2026: events and rewards roundup

Supercell published Clash of Clans’ August 2026 event calendar, featuring Clash of Cards, Clan War League, Crafted Defenses, the Elephant Rider, Resource Fests and Clan Games.

Supercell released the full August 2026 schedule for Clash of Clans as part of the Awesome Quest season. The calendar runs across the month and lists competitive formats, collection events, temporary troops, upgrade windows and resource boosts.

The schedule groups events into weekly blocks with overlapping content and progression bonuses. Rewards across events include League Medals, Card Tokens, Card Packs, Trader Shop items, decorations and event-specific loot tied to participation and performance. Several events are available to low-level players; the Clash of Cards is open to Town Hall 3 and above.

On August 1 the Clan War League begins and runs through August 11, offering 15v15 and 30v30 wars where clans compete for League Medals and end-of-season rewards. The Clash of Cards event starts on August 1 and continues through August 31. That event introduces a card collection system that lets players unlock troop cards through battles and in-event activities, trade duplicate cards with clanmates via Clan Chat, complete collections for rewards and exchange duplicates in the Trader Shop for Booster Packs. Also on August 1 new Crafted Defenses arrive at the Crafting Station with three modules: Cake-A-Pult, Hero Hunter and Hot Candle, each upgradeable through the station.

Chief’s Chronicles runs from August 6 to August 31 and functions as a year-in-review feature that tracks player progress and awards a commemorative statue. The Awesome Medal Event runs from August 12 to August 31. During that period players collect Card Tokens from Home Village battles, complete quests to earn Quest Medals and spend those Medals in the Trader Shop for items and Card Packs. The Elephant Rider appears as a temporary troop during the Awesome Medal Event.

A first Resource Fest runs from August 15 to August 17 and raises collector output by 400 percent for the window. Clan Games return from August 22 to August 28, where clan members complete challenges, contribute points and unlock tiered rewards. A Revenge Deck Boost runs from August 26 to August 31, increasing the level of the new Revenge Deck Epic Equipment up to the maximum permitted by a player’s Hero Hall. A second Resource Fest closes the month from August 29 to August 31, providing an additional short period for increased collector output.

Across August, players will find a mix of war formats, the new card collection system, temporary troops, Crafting Station upgrades and concentrated resource windows. All events take place in the Clash of Clans game and are scheduled on the dates listed in the in-game event calendar.
