Conan the Barbarian Joins UnGodly’s Grimdark Mobile RPG

Azra Games and Heroic Signatures will add Conan the Barbarian to the mobile RPG UnGodly, with exclusive crossover merchandise at San Diego Comic-Con later this year.

Azra Games and Heroic Signatures will introduce a licensed version of Conan the Barbarian into UnGodly, a grimdark fantasy mobile role-playing game. Exclusive crossover merchandise will be available at the UnGodly booth at San Diego Comic-Con later this year.

The partnership will add the sword-and-sorcery character to the game’s roster and merchandise lineup. UnGodly is led by Mark Otero, whose credits include work on Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes.

No trailer or official imagery has been released showing how Conan will appear in the game. Developers have not published details on in-game mechanics, character abilities, release timing beyond the SDCC presence, or pricing for either the merchandise or any paid content.

UnGodly describes itself as a grimdark fantasy RPG with visual influences from classic fantasy illustrators. Conan was created by writer Robert E. Howard; the name “Conan the Barbarian” is used as a trademark for licensed commercial tie-ins.

Heroic Signatures will handle aspects of the licensed presence for the crossover. Organizers have confirmed only the convention appearance and the merchandise display; further announcements are expected before or during San Diego Comic-Con.
