Crossy Road Rush Launches on Apple Arcade Nov. 5

Hipster Whale will release Crossy Road Rush on Apple Arcade on Nov. 5. The game shifts the series from its original isometric puzzle-platforming format to an endless runner with obstacle-filled courses.

Players will avoid hazards, dodge collisions and race opponents as the courses become more difficult. The game’s adventure mode includes 50 handcrafted levels.

A daily survival mode will provide repeatable runs and global leaderboards. Players can compare their scores with other users through the rankings.

Crossy Road Rush keeps the series’ low-poly graphics, bright colors and animal characters. It will support local co-op and online multiplayer.

Crossy Road began as a game influenced by Frogger and Flappy Bird before developing its own characters and gameplay. Crossy Road Rush uses the series’ established visual style in a faster format.
