Angry Banana has launched Crownlings on iOS and in select Android regions. The game is a tactical turn-based medieval strategy where players recruit and command heroes to contest control of a crown across map-based battles.
Crownlings centers on turn-based combat that emphasizes positioning and tactical decision-making. Players create a roster of heroes, upgrade abilities and equipment, and deploy units on maps where terrain and unit placement affect outcomes.
Matches use different map layouts and scenario parameters to produce varied encounters. The game requires adapting tactics to each map and scenario rather than relying on a single approach.
The title is available now on iOS, and the Android release is live in select regions including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Ukraine. Where available, the game can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
Progression is tied to unlocking and upgrading heroes and building an army to progress through ranked play. Angry Banana plans to add a player-versus-player mode later this year, which is expected to introduce additional competitive features for early players.
Crownlings uses a medieval theme and presents combat across distinctive maps with simulated battle conditions that influence match dynamics. The game combines squad management, hero progression and map-based tactics in a mobile package focused on discrete battles and squad-level command.
