Dark Knight Idle launches Android early access in South Korea

Retrocatcher launched Dark Knight Idle in Android early access in South Korea, a dark fantasy idle action RPG with hack-and-slash combat, boss raids, real-time PvP, pets and offline progression.

Retrocatcher (레트로캣처) has released Dark Knight Idle in early access on Android in South Korea. The game is available on the Google Play Store and is listed as early access, indicating ongoing development and future updates.

Players assume the role of a black-armored berserker and progress by clearing multiple dungeon types. Advancement relies on collecting stronger equipment, upgrading skills, increasing character stats and unlocking tougher stages.

The title combines real-time hack-and-slash combat with large boss encounters that drop loot, plus a real-time PvP arena. Additional systems include collectible pets, recruitable mercenaries, costume items that provide stat bonuses, seasonal rewards, daily activities and a range of dungeon formats.

Dark Knight Idle features an auto-battle mode and idle mechanics that continue to develop characters while players are offline. Automatic combat reduces direct player control compared with fully manual combat but allows progression without active play.

There is no announced schedule for an iOS release or a wider global rollout. The early access listing indicates the game remains under active development and may receive updates during its testing period. Players in South Korea can download the Android build from Google Play now.
