Dead Account: Two Blue Flames mobile pre-registration opens

Smilegate and IAAN Games opened global pre-registration for Dead Account: Two Blue Flames on Android and iOS; the App Store listing suggests a possible Japan release window of Nov. 30, 2026.

Smilegate and developer IAAN Games have opened global pre-registration for Dead Account: Two Blue Flames, a roguelite team-building RPG based on Watanabe Shizumu’s Dead Account manga. The game is available to sign up for on Android and iOS.

Players in Japan can pre-register through the Google Play Store or the App Store. Users outside Japan can register through the game’s official website. An App Store listing includes a tentative release window of Nov. 30, 2026 for Japan.

Dead Account: Two Blue Flames was first revealed in October 2025. IAAN Games is developing the title and Smilegate is listed as publisher. The original Dead Account manga is published by KODANSHA.

Gameplay centers on roguelite runs in which players form teams of up to five characters and select skills during each run. Chosen skills grow stronger for the duration of a run and are reset between rounds, allowing players to test different combinations across runs. Combat emphasizes timing of attacks and coordinated use of character abilities during Exorcism battles.

The mobile game adapts characters and the supernatural setting from the manga and adds new, game-exclusive chapters to expand the story. The release will include animated cutscenes with full voice acting and explorable locations such as a hot spring village.

Smilegate has announced pre-registration milestone rewards tied to total sign-ups. Early rewards listed include the SSR character Urushigawa Kiei, a profile frame and the Two Blue Flames title, among other in-game items.

Smilegate has not provided a full list of launch regions outside Japan or confirmed platforms beyond mobile. The publisher and developer are expected to release further information about regional availability, platform support and additional features as the release window approaches.

Pre-registration is live now on supported platforms and through the official game site.
