Dice of Kalma launches 2.0 update with reroll abilities

Dice of Kalma has launched its 2.0 update, Dicebound Destiny. The update adds 11 reroll abilities, two new skulls, cosmetic content and quality-of-life improvements.

Reroll abilities are a new part of the game’s build system. Each ability changes the effects of rerolling and includes different advantages and drawbacks. Players can use them to shape their runs in different ways.

The update’s two new skulls serve as the game’s equivalent of Jokers. They join the existing skulls that affect gameplay during a run.

Seasonal events are planned to begin around Dice of Kalma’s first anniversary. The events will include special in-game cosmetics linked to the anniversary.

Dice of Kalma is a dice-rolling game about a battle for the player’s soul. Its format is similar to Balatro, with a darker setting and dialogue involving a reaper who is trying to claim the player’s soul.
