Dragon Village 3 launches with hundreds of pixel-art dragons

Highbrow released Dragon Village 3 for Android and iOS, letting players hatch, breed, raise and battle hundreds of pixel-art dragons.

Highbrow has released Dragon Village 3 on Android and iOS. The developer opened pre-registration in May 2026, and the game is the series’ first full sequel in 12 years.

Players take the role of rookie Tamers who command dragons and interact with ancient artifacts while expanding a customizable village and seeking new species through breeding and exploration.

Gameplay centers on collecting eggs, hatching and raising dragons, and combining two dragons at the Altar of Life to produce new varieties. Each dragon carries elemental types, differing growth potential and combat roles; certain pairings can produce rare forms such as the fox-like Firetail. The developer reports hundreds of discoverable dragons at launch and plans to add more through regular updates.

Combat uses teams of up to three dragons. Dragons perform basic attacks, use active abilities and unlock Ultimate Skills upon reaching adulthood. Real-time player-versus-player matches enable players to test type matchups, skill synergies and team composition against other players.

Guild mechanics allow groups to coordinate and face a Dragon Slayer boss to earn rewards and loot. Village-building systems let players place buildings and habitats to shape their dragon community. Interactions such as feeding and petting affect dragon behavior and provide a less combat-focused side of play.

The game pairs pixel-art dragon sprites with illustrated scenes and offers customization options for village layout and individual creatures. Dragon Village 3 is available for download on the Google Play Store and the App Store. Earlier series entries include Dragon Village Rumble and Dragon Village Adventure.
