Dungeon Odyssey idle RPG launches on Android and iOS
Super Planet released Dungeon Odyssey, an idle RPG based on the hit web comic, now available for download on Android and iOS.
Super Planet has launched Dungeon Odyssey, an idle role-playing game adapted from the web comic, and released it on Android and iOS. The title is available for download on the Google Play Store and the App Store.
Players take on the role of Kim Jinwoo, build a custom labyrinth and recruit 18 characters from the comic, including Dominique, Rikshasha and Angela. The campaign follows Jinwoo’s rise to become the Labyrinth King and includes objectives to free allies from curses as players progress through floors.
Combat in Dungeon Odyssey is largely automated: teams clear waves of enemies and face powerful bosses at intervals of roughly every 100 floors. Players can tap during battles to trigger specific actions, but most encounters proceed without continuous input.
Systems outside combat include summoning and merging equipment, collecting relics, experimenting with elemental skill combinations and upgrading the labyrinth to overcome progression barriers.
The mobile release contains multiple additional modes beyond the primary labyrinth, such as Daily Labyrinths, the Overlord’s Citadel, the Trial of the Abyss, the Underground Vein and Labyrinth War, each providing alternate objectives and challenge types.
The web comic behind the game has accumulated over 21.7 million views and carries a user rating of 9.9. Early reviews note that the idle mechanics suit short play sessions, while some reviewers have expressed a preference for more manual control in fights. Reviews also reference the game’s visual presentation and its direct use of the comic’s storyline and characters.
Dungeon Odyssey is available now on the Google Play Store and the App Store.
