Dynasty Warriors: Overlord launches on Android and iOS

NEOCRAFT LIMITED released Dynasty Warriors: Overlord for Android and iOS worldwide after a pre-registration period that opened in May 2026.

The title is officially licensed by Koei Tecmo and was developed with support from members of the original Dynasty Warriors team. The game recreates battles from the Three Kingdoms era involving Wei, Shu, Wu and Jin and uses storylines and battlefields familiar to the series.

Gameplay centers on real-time hack-and-slash combat. Playable characters execute Musou attacks and use weapons such as spears, swords and wheel blades. The game includes a Bond Skill system that lets specific general pairings trigger coordinated combination attacks, and cooperative raids allow players to team up for larger encounters.

Named characters confirmed at launch include Zhao Yun, Sun Shangxiang and Xiahou Dun. Generals are presented with high-quality character models and distinct fighting styles that follow their series designs. Controls and user interface have been adapted for touchscreens.

Dynasty Warriors: Overlord is available for download from the Google Play Store and the App Store. The release places official Dynasty Warriors content from Koei Tecmo on mobile devices and continues the series’ Musou-style gameplay on portable platforms.
