EMEA Masters Spring 2026 viewership falls 65%, below 2018

Peak viewership at EMEA Masters 2026 Spring fell 65.4% from Winter to 47,890, with the Grand Final drawing 37,301 peak viewers.

EMEA Masters 2026 Spring, the regional League of Legends tournament for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, recorded a peak concurrent audience of 47,890, a 65.4% drop from the Winter split peak of 138,539. The Spring Grand Final between Solary and Galions drew 37,301 peak viewers.

The Winter peak occurred during a Group Stage match between Witchcraft and G2 NORD. Witchcraft’s roster included the former Los Ratones core after the project’s disbandment by Marc “Caedrel” Lamont, and featured players such as Martin “Rekkles” Larsson. Witchcraft appeared in four of the five most-watched Winter matches and led that split by average viewers and hours watched despite exiting in the Group Stage.

The co-streaming ecosystem contracted between splits. Unique channels covering the tournament fell from 115 in Winter to 69 in Spring, a 40% decline. Marc “Caedrel” Lamont was the most-watched co-stream channel in Winter and the second-largest by hours watched; no Spring co-streamer matched his Winter audience figures.

English-language viewership declined sharply: English watch time fell 97.6% from Winter to Spring, and peak English viewers dropped 88.8%, contributing to the overall audience decrease.

Galions defeated Solary 3-0 in the Spring Grand Final to claim the organisation’s first A-tier title. Eintracht Spandau and UCAM Esports Club finished tied for third-fourth place. Galions jungler Francisco “Thayger” Mazo was named Finals MVP. The Grand Final ranked sixth among Spring matches by peak concurrent viewers; most of the top-ranked broadcasts occurred during Witchcraft’s Winter Group Stage run.

The tournament’s peak viewership returned to levels last recorded before the COVID-19 pandemic. The international season follows regional events on the competitive calendar.
