Epic Games Store free games: Citizen Sleeper and Robobeat

Epic Games Store is offering two free PC games from Thursday, June 18 through Thursday, June 25. The giveaway covers the full digital editions of Citizen Sleeper and Robobeat. The offer ends at 8 a.m. PT / 11 a.m. ET / 4 p.m. BST / 5 p.m. CEST. Players who claim the games during the period add them to their Epic libraries at no cost and can download them at any time afterward.

Citizen Sleeper is a narrative-focused role-playing game in which a human consciousness occupies a synthetic body called a sleeper. The character has fled corporate control and lives on a fringe space station named Erlin’s Eye. Gameplay combines choice-based storytelling with resource and time management. Players roll virtual dice to resolve actions, decide how to spend limited time and resources, and experience consequences that affect survival and the unfolding plot.

Robobeat is a rhythm-driven shooter with roguelike elements. Players control a bounty hunter named Ace and move through levels that reward wall-running, bunny-hopping and slide-shooting timed to the soundtrack. Combat and movement synchronize to musical beats. The game allows users to upload and trim their own songs so runs can be mapped to custom tracks. The built-in soundtrack includes music influenced by boomer-shooter titles such as Dusk and Ultrakill.

The two titles offer distinct gameplay experiences: Citizen Sleeper centers on narrative choice and atmosphere, while Robobeat emphasizes fast-paced, music-synced action. Epic has scheduled additional free games in upcoming weeks, including Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 and the 2D action-platformer Voidwrought.
