Fans revive PES 2021 Mobile with offline Android build
Community members restored PES 2021 Mobile on a private server. Android users can install the APK, extract a ZIP with two OBB files and place them in Android/obb/PES 2021 to run the game.
Community members have revived PES 2021 Mobile and made a playable offline build available on a private server. The release is unofficial and not supported by KONAMI.
Android users can run the revived build by installing the APK, downloading a ZIP that contains two OBB files, extracting the ZIP with an app such as ZArchiver, and copying both OBB files into Android/obb/PES 2021. The package name for the community build differs from KONAMI’s current titles, allowing it to be installed alongside eFootball or other PES-related apps without removing them.
The community build provides offline access to Campaign Mode and retains several gameplay elements from the original PES Mobile, including Team Spirit mechanics, Iconic Moment player cards, pack opening animations and presentation features familiar to former players. Online features tied to KONAMI servers, including PvP matchmaking and official online services, are not available in the private-server build.
Project contributors plan to add content and improvements over time. Updates and new builds will be distributed through the community channels and hubs used by the contributors; players are advised to follow those channels for instructions and download links rather than looking for the build on official storefronts.
Users should be aware of limitations and risks. The build is not an official KONAMI release and does not carry company support or security guarantees. Installing APKs and additional files from third-party sources requires enabling installations from outside official app stores and trusting the distributors. Players are advised to verify downloads originate from reputable community members and to accept the possibility that unofficial servers may be less stable than official services.
PES 2021 Mobile was maintained by fans after KONAMI transitioned the franchise to eFootball, a change that altered online systems and game mechanics. The community revival provides a way for former PES Mobile players to access the campaign and card-based progression that were part of the earlier mobile title.
