Foretales free on Epic Games Store until July 30

Foretales is available to claim for free on the Epic Games Store through July 30. The game puts players in the role of Volepain, a thief who experiences visions of the end of the world. It first launched on mobile in 2025.

Gameplay uses card-based mechanics and branching storylines. Each encounter offers multiple resolution options: diplomacy, stealth or direct combat. Player choices steer the narrative across different paths and outcomes.

The game features a hand-painted visual style and full voice acting. The soundtrack was composed by Christoph Héral, who previously worked on Rayman Legends. Characters are anthropomorphic and the writing balances a serious premise with lighter moments.

Foretales is free to claim on the Epic Games Store for users who can access the platform through July 30. Mobile versions remain available on the App Store and Google Play as premium downloads priced at $4.99 or the local equivalent.
