Games of the Future 2026: $900,000 Mobile Legends Tournament

Games of the Future 2026 in Astana will award a $900,000 prize pool for Mobile Legends as 16 teams compete Aug. 4–10 in a group stage and single-elimination playoff.

Games of the Future 2026 will host a Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament in Astana, Kazakhstan, with a $900,000 prize pool. Sixteen teams will compete in the offline event from Aug. 4 to Aug. 10.

The tournament opens with a Group Stage beginning Aug. 4 that uses a modified GSL format with four groups of four teams. All group matches are best-of-three and only the top team from each group advances to the Playoffs. The Playoffs are scheduled between Aug. 6 and Aug. 9 as a single-elimination bracket with best-of-three matches. The grand final is scheduled as a best-of-five on Aug. 10.

Prize money totals $900,000. The champion will receive $315,000, the runner-up $144,000, third place $108,000 and fourth place $63,000. Teams finishing fifth through eighth will each receive $31,500, ninth through twelfth $22,500, and thirteenth through sixteenth $13,500.

Fourteen teams received direct invitations and two qualified through regional events. Contenders include Team Spirit, Rune Eaters, Alpha7 North, Aurora Gaming, Bigetron by Vitality, Bushido Wildcats, DianFengYaoGuai, Entity7, FUT Esports, PRO Esports, ONIC, Geekay Esports, Selangor Red Giants, Team Falcons PH, Team Vamos and The MongolZ.

Matches will be streamed on the event’s official social channels. The Mobile Legends tournament is one of several titles on the Games of the Future schedule in Astana.
