Gangstar Mirage City launches mobile multiplayer Aug. 20, 2026
Gameloft-licensed Gangstar Mirage City will arrive as a GTA-style multiplayer open-world mobile game on Aug. 20, 2026 in select regions; Android pre-registration is live.
Gangstar Mirage City, rebranded from Codename Crime‑Vice, will launch on Aug. 20, 2026 as a multiplayer open-world mobile game. The title is licensed to Gameloft and published by Level Infinite. Android pre-registration is available now on Google Play worldwide.
The game places players in Mirage City, a crime-driven open world where progression depends on reputation, territory control and money. Gameplay mixes mission-based single-player content with multiplayer features such as cooperative operations, player-versus-player combat and high-speed street races. Customization includes vehicle collections and upgrades and weapon modifications.
The initial rollout on Aug. 20 will target Eastern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa, South Asia and Southeast Asia. A broader global release is planned after the regional launch. iOS pre-registration is not yet available on the App Store but can be completed via the game’s official website.
A pre-registration campaign running through Aug. 18, 2026 ties milestone rewards to signup totals. Confirmed incentives include in-game Diamonds, Vehicle Upgrade Vouchers and a Full Tilt car skin unlocked when thresholds are reached.
Tencent first revealed the project in October 2024 under the Codename Crime‑Vice name. Early access tests have appeared in Indonesia, Canada and the United States.
Gameloft is handling the licensed development and the title follows the studio’s Gangstar series. Level Infinite will manage publishing as the game expands beyond the regional launches.
Technical details such as device requirements and the full list of launch markets have not been disclosed. Players seeking updates on iOS availability and regional launch dates should check the game’s official website and storefront pages for announcements.
