Ultra targets 4K at 60+ frames per second. The published examples include AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D or Intel Core i7-14700K and graphics like NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti or AMD RX 7900 XT with 12GB of VRAM. Ultra also lists 16GB of system memory.
The published requirements list support for NVIDIA DLSS 5, AMD FSR 4, Intel XeSS 3.0 and temporal super-resolution (TSR). Ray tracing and high dynamic range (HDR) are supported, and the game accommodates ultrawide monitor formats. A built-in benchmark mode lets players test performance and adjust visual settings.
Gears of War: E-Day is described as a prequel in the series. The PC requirements were posted to inform players of the hardware and storage needed to run the game on different settings.
