Genshin Impact 7.x leaks: playable Cryo Archon, Snezhnaya cast
Datamines and official previews indicate a playable Cryo Archon and Snezhnaya-region characters, including Odette (5★ Cryo sword) and Alyosha (4★ Electro polearm), in 7.x.
Leaked game files, beta information and official promotional art identify playable characters planned across Genshin Impact’s 7.x update series. The material highlights a playable Cryo Archon and multiple figures tied to the Snezhnaya region, with tentative release windows across the 7.x cycle.
HoYoverse has confirmed Snezhnaya as the primary setting for the 7.x updates. Datamined assets and previews attached to the region’s rollout show an expanded roster connected to the region’s story and events.
Promotional material and files list Odette as a 5-star Cryo sword user who functions as an on-field damage dealer and uses a new interaction described in the files as the Stellar Swirl reaction. Alyosha appears as a 4-star Electro polearm support who applies Electro, boosts Stellar reactions and provides team healing. Both characters are linked to the 7.0 launch.
Additional names tied to the 7.x cycle include Vodyanista (Hydro) and Vesna (Anemo), both noted for version 7.1; Mitya (Cryo) around version 7.2; and Valeriy (Electro) and the Tsaritsa (Cryo) around version 7.3. Several other entries appear in the datamines without firm dates: Denica (Anemo), Noy, Pantalone and Pulcinella. The materials combine official reveals with community datamines and list provisional roles and rarities.
The leaked files connect many of the new characters to mechanics labeled as Stellar reactions. According to the files, some characters will emphasize on-field elemental damage while others will act as supports that modify reaction behavior and provide healing or buffs. The files suggest these mechanics are intended to create new team-building options.
HoYoverse has not released final kits, rarities or exact schedules for all characters. The developer has adjusted abilities and release timing in past updates, so the names, elements and release windows in the leaks may change before public launch.
Players tracking these arrivals should wait for official patch notes and banner announcements for confirmed character kits, event schedules and exact release dates. The inclusion of an archon among playable units and Snezhnaya-linked figures in the leaked materials aligns the character releases with regional story content in the 7.x updates.
