GTA Online leads Xbox Free Play Days lineup

Xbox’s Free Play Days promotion offers five titles across mid-July. Grand Theft Auto Online is available to download and play on Xbox Series X and Series S from July 14 through July 21. The multiplayer open-world title does not require an Xbox Game Pass subscription and includes recent content such as the Kortz Center Heist.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is free for all Xbox users from July 16 through July 19. The fighting game lets players create custom fighters, complete missions with familiar characters and join online matches.

From July 16 through July 19, three additional games are available at no extra cost for subscribers to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium or Essential. Crisol: Theater of Idols is a first-person survival horror set on the cursed island of Tormentosa, where the player uses blood as ammunition while uncovering the island’s secrets. Planet Zoo: Console Edition brings zoo management to consoles with habitat design, animal care and controls optimized for gamepads. Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports offers local multiplayer arcade-style sports, including basketball, football, golf and tennis, with signature power-ups.

Players who try any title during its trial window can purchase the full game at a discounted price and retain all progress, achievements and Gamerscore earned while playing. Free Play Days runs regularly as part of Microsoft’s promotional schedule, offering temporary access to a range of game genres on Xbox consoles.
