Jump+ Jumble Rush to Close in Japan on Sept. 17, 2026
Bandai Namco announced Jump+ Jumble Rush will end service in Japan on Sept. 17, 2026 and will not receive a global release.
Bandai Namco announced that Jump+ Jumble Rush will end service in Japan on Sept. 17, 2026 and will not be launched internationally. The company described the shutdown as an end of service (EOS) event and set that date as the final day players can access the game.
The tower defense title opened for pre-registration in August 2025 and launched in Japan in September 2025. The scheduled closure comes just under a year after release, roughly one week before the game’s first anniversary.
Jump+ Jumble Rush combined characters from Shonen Jump+ series such as SPY x FAMILY, Kaiju No. 8 and Chainsaw Man. Players could form squads of up to ten characters, deploy recreated special moves and defend a central objective called the Hero Gat against waves of enemies. The game remained available only in Japan.
Following the closure announcement, sales of the game’s premium currency, Prisms, have been suspended. Players may continue to spend any remaining Prism balances until servers close on the EOS date. The game remains available for download from Japanese app stores. Bandai Namco said details on refunds will be provided after service ends and advised players not to uninstall the game until refunds are complete.
The company confirmed the end date on the game’s official X account and did not provide a reason for the decision. The post read, “Although there is only a short time left until the end, we hope you will continue to support Jump+ Jumble Rush.”
Public messages from the development team have focused on the logistics of winding down service. With no international release planned, players outside Japan will not be able to access the game after the EOS date.
