K/DA Returns With ‘Firestarter’ and New League Skins
Riot Games has released K/DA’s “Firestarter” song and video, featuring four League of Legends champions, new vocalists and animation from Fortiche.
Riot Games has released K/DA’s “Firestarter” song and video, bringing Ahri, Akali, Evelynn and Kai’Sa back as the group’s central characters. The release uses red-and-black visuals, a new vocal lineup and animation from Fortiche, the studio behind Arcane.
The song features MIYEON and SOYEON of i-dle, along with Sophie Powers and Mimi Webb. Madison Beer and Jaira Burns, who performed on earlier K/DA releases, do not appear on “Firestarter.” The track keeps K/DA’s pop sound while using a rougher musical style and darker visual design.
Fortiche produced the video in a style connected to Arcane. It focuses on the four League of Legends champions as performers and uses red and black imagery throughout.
Riot has also revealed K/DA Firestarter skins for Ahri, Akali, Evelynn and Kai’Sa. The skins use red, black and silver colors, with metallic details and large accessories. They are scheduled to arrive in League of Legends on Nov. 4, 2026. Riot has not announced their prices or confirmed whether they will be sold separately, in bundles or through both options.
Ahri wears a red-and-black cropped top, black flared trousers and silver details. Her accessories echo her fox ears, and some released artwork shows her wearing glasses.
Akali wears a pink visor, a fuzzy hat, a metallic top, black baggy trousers and long red straps. Evelynn has a fitted red dress with silver details, long gloves, boots and red hair. Some artwork shows her wearing a wide-brimmed hat.
Kai’Sa appears in a red dress with silver accents and long metallic gloves. Her arm cannons have pointed red-and-silver shells with orange lighting effects.
K/DA is a fictional pop group made up of League of Legends champions, with real-world singers providing the characters’ vocals. Ahri, Akali, Evelynn and Kai’Sa have remained the group’s core lineup across its major releases. “Firestarter” is one of the songs Riot released ahead of the 2026 World Championship.
