Plott Inc. announced Karekore of Mixed Blood: Mirror Rush, a casual idle tower-defense RPG. Pre-registration is available on Android and iOS in Japan. The App Store listing shows a planned release date of October 14, 2026. The game adapts the short anime Konketsu no Karekore, which has more than three million followers online.
Players collect and train characters including Kagechiyo, assemble teams and face successive waves of enemies across ascending stages. Characters attack automatically while players can tap specific enemies to focus damage. Characters build skill gauges that unlock ultimate abilities; choosing skills and timing their activation grows more important at higher stages.
The game uses an idle progression system that continues to advance progress when the app is closed. Collected items and upgrades raise base stats and improve skills used in battle. Characters gain new abilities at higher levels and unlock additional voice lines and illustrations.
Pre-registration is open through the Google Play Store and the App Store in Japan. Plott has not published pricing, monetization mechanics, a full list of playable characters or details on availability outside Japan. Additional information is due before the October launch.
