Katori: Code of Blade launches on Android
PlayStormRed released Katori: Code of Blade on Android, a medieval Japan action game with real-time one-on-one PvP katana duels. No iOS release date has been announced.
PlayStormRed has released Katori: Code of Blade for Android devices via the Google Play Store. The developer has not provided a release date for iOS or other platforms.
Players take the role of a young ronin in a single-player campaign that follows a quest for revenge after the loss of the character’s master. The campaign provides narrative context and progression as players unlock gear and customization options.
The game’s core offering is real-time, one-on-one PvP duels. Matches run live against other players and emphasize timing, precise strikes, parries and the tactical use of combos and special moves. Ranked matchmaking is available, and global leaderboards track player performance and rank progression.
Customization covers weapons, armor, gear and fighting stance. Visuals are stylized to reflect a medieval Japanese setting. Combat mechanics require players to pace attacks and time defensive reads to win duels.
PlayStormRed has not disclosed cross-play support, minimum system specifications beyond Android compatibility, or a schedule for updates and platform expansions. Players can download the game from the Google Play Store to start the campaign or jump into online matches.
