Kortz Center Heist Arrives in GTA Online on July 14

Rockstar will release the Kortz Center Heist as Title Update 1.73 on July 14, 2026; hosting requires a Mansion with the new Art Studio upgrade.

Rockstar Games will add the Kortz Center Heist to GTA Online on July 14, 2026 as Title Update 1.73 across PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. The heist is a multi-stage art robbery at the Kortz Center gallery in Pacific Bluffs. It can be played solo or with up to four players. Players who do not own the required property can still join a heist led by another player, but hosting requires ownership of a Mansion plus the Art Studio upgrade.

Rockstar confirmed the update and the hosting requirements on Tuesday, naming the patch Title Update 1.73. The Kortz Center Heist is the first major new heist in GTA Online since the Cayo Perico job released in December 2020.

Three Mansions are available for purchase through Prix Luxury Real Estate: Tongva Estate, Vinewood Residence and Richman Villa. Base prices are $11,500,000 for Tongva, $12,200,000 for Vinewood and $12,800,000 for Richman. Fully upgraded totals are about $17.4 million for Tongva, $18.1 million for Vinewood and $18.7 million for Richman. GTA+ subscribers receive a $2,000,000 discount on any Mansion purchase while that membership offer is active.

Rockstar has not confirmed an official price for the Art Studio upgrade. Based on prices for previous heist-related properties, the Art Studio is likely to cost between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000. Earlier base properties sold at prices ranging from around $1.25 million to $2.5 million, which informs that estimate.

A free prep event called the Fine Art Collector Program runs from June 18 to July 13. The event offers three reward tiers. Logging in once during the event awards $500,000 and a Benefactor Turreted Limo. Completing any GTA Online heist during the event awards $1,000,000 and the NOOSE Outfit. Players who own a Mansion and log in during the event receive an Elitist package that includes a $1,000,000 discount on the Art Studio, an Annihilator Stealth helicopter, and decorative items for a Mansion. Enthusiast and Patron rewards are delivered within 72 hours of completion. Elitist rewards are scheduled for delivery when the Kortz Center Heist launches on July 14.

Estimated cash requirements vary. Players who already own a Mansion should plan on roughly $2,000,000 to $3,000,000 for the Art Studio plus about $10,000,000 for expected new vehicles and weapons, for a total near $12,000,000 to $15,000,000. Players who do not own a Mansion face a purchase and upgrade total of about $25,000,000 to $28,000,000 when counting the cheapest Mansion, the Art Studio and gear.

Rockstar is running double GTA$ on bunker sales through July 13; a full-bunker sale in a populated public lobby can pay out more than $2,000,000. Players who own a Mansion can apply the Mansion production speed boost to their bunker and alternate between bunker and acid lab sales when boosts do not stack. Rockstar is also offering a 40% GTA$ bonus on select Shark Card bundles through August 5; players must claim the offer on the Rockstar Games website by July 22.

Rockstar has not confirmed the exact release hour for the update. Past GTA Online updates have typically gone live at 2:00 AM Pacific Time. Following that pattern, the Kortz Center Heist would likely become available at 2:00 AM PT on July 14, which equals 09:00 UTC and 10:00 BST.
