Feral Interactive will release Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris for Android and iOS on Sept. 8, 2026. The mobile port brings the original four-player cooperative campaign to smartphones and tablets.
Originally developed by Crystal Dynamics as an isometric twin-stick action-adventure, the game has players exploring Egyptian tombs to recover the Fragments of Osiris and confront Set, the God of Chaos. Gameplay mixes fast-paced combat, platforming and puzzle-solving.
Touchscreen controls have been adapted for twin-stick input and include full customization. The release will also support external gamepads. Players can try the first level at no cost before purchasing the full game.
Cooperative play for up to four players is preserved. Players may control Lara, Carter, Isis or Horus to solve puzzles, activate switches, bypass traps and fight waves of undead. Modes include shared objectives, timed challenges and competitive elements such as racing for treasure.
The mobile port retains mechanics from the original such as grappling, swinging between platforms and a range of weapons including Lara’s dual pistols. Feral’s 2025 mobile release of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light preceded this port.
The title is scheduled to appear on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on Sept. 8. At the time of the announcement the app listings were not yet available. Details on pricing, download size and online features are expected nearer to launch.
