League adds Old God Anivia and Urgot skins in Patch 26.19

Riot Games revealed Old God skins for Anivia and Urgot; the cosmetics will appear on the PBE before Patch 26.19, expected to reach live servers in September 2026.

Riot Games previewed Old God skins for Anivia and Urgot that will reach the Public Beta Environment shortly before Patch 26.19, which is expected to go live in September 2026. The developer shared concept art and in-game previews ahead of the PBE rollout.

Old God Anivia replaces the champion’s usual humanoid look with a more monstrous Frostbriar form. The design removes human features in favor of a creature-like silhouette, with textures and effects that emphasize frost and otherworldly decay.

Old God Urgot adopts a grim, grotesque appearance that enlarges the champion’s silhouette and adds horror-themed details. The visual changes include altered armor, exposed organic elements and thematic particle effects that align with the Old God concept.

Both skins are part of the Coven line and use cosmic-horror motifs such as tentacles, rot and eldritch ornamentation in their splash art and in-game assets. Riot confirmed the two cosmetics will be released together; exact pricing and a firm launch date have not been provided.

No gameplay changes tied to the skins were announced. Players interested in testing the cosmetics can look for them on the PBE once Riot makes them available. Riot’s official League of Legends channels will publish final pricing and the confirmed Patch 26.19 date when those details are set.
