Lost in Extraction launching alpha on mobile and PC late 2026
Veteran developer Sergii Petrov announced Lost in Extraction for mobile and PC, with an alpha test planned for late 2026.
Sergii Petrov, developer of Modern Warships, announced Lost in Extraction, an extraction shooter currently in development for mobile devices and PC. Petrov confirmed an alpha test is planned toward the end of 2026.
The game follows an extraction loop in which players enter dangerous zones to collect loot, survive enemy encounters and escape to secure rewards. Petrov described the project as focused on tactical firefights, weapon customization and high-risk extraction gameplay.
Early footage released by the developer shows indoor, layered environments and abandoned buildings. The video depicts combat that can run from direct engagements to slower, tactical approaches that use angle peeking and smoke grenades.
The title includes a visible weapons list in early coverage: Saiga 12, AWM, Taurus .44 and HK416. Players will be able to fit attachments such as flash hiders and suppressors and modify loadouts to suit different runs.
Petrov has not yet disclosed details on progression systems, monetization or map variety. Development remains active, and the team has opened a Discord server for updates and potential participation in testing once alpha registration opens.
No firm release date beyond the planned late-2026 alpha window has been announced.
