Lost Twins 2 mixes dual control with shifting-world puzzles

Playdew released Lost Twins 2, a puzzle-platformer available now for iOS and Android. Players control siblings Abi and Ben, who are separated across different fantastical worlds, and work to reunite them by navigating each character through levels.

Players guide both characters at the same time while altering parts of the environment. Many levels place Abi and Ben on different screens or areas; shifting sections of the world can connect pathways, create platforms, or open new routes so the siblings can reach one another.

The game’s core mechanics require coordinating two characters and manipulating level segments. Designers emphasize timing and spatial planning over fast reflexes. Players must plan how moved segments will line up for each sibling to progress through a stage.

Playdew released Lost Twins 2 as a primarily single-player experience. The developer did not include local or online cooperative modes; one player controls both characters, and that control scheme influences the game’s puzzle layouts and pacing.

Lost Twins 2 continues Playdew’s use of environmental-manipulation mechanics in its mobile puzzle-platforming work. The game is available to download on the App Store and Google Play.
