Nexon confirmed Mabinogi Mobile will launch in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau on July 22. The release will include localized regional content and the game will be available on mobile devices in those markets.

The release marks the title’s first wider global expansion following its initial launch in Korea. Mabinogi Mobile is a spinoff of Nexon’s long-running Mabinogi MMORPG and was developed to bring the franchise’s mechanics and visual identity to smartphones.

The game uses a cel-shaded art style with bright colors and stylized visuals. Nexon highlighted features in trailer footage, including fast-paced combat and exploration. In Korea the game received a strong player response and won the 2025 Game of the Year award at the Korea Game Awards.

Nexon issued the announcement in English and is monitoring interest beyond the initial region. The company has not provided release dates for other territories.

Nexon has not disclosed pricing, in-game monetization or exact platform availability beyond stating a mobile launch. The localized content for the July 22 release is described as region-specific, intended to adapt language and features for local audiences in the three markets. Details on server launch times, post-release updates or a wider global rollout have not been announced.
