Morimirai Inc. will release Me, the Ninja, and the Unification of Japan on Android and iOS in Japan on July 25, 2026. Pre-registration is available now on the Google Play Store and the App Store for users in Japan.
Players take the role of a commander who recruits and trains a roster of ninjas to conquer 10 regions. The game features hundreds of stages that end with boss encounters. Combat is automated: players form teams, select equipment and scrolls, and watch battles play out while managing upgrades and progression between fights.
Progression systems include idle rewards, repeatable stage advancement, upgrades, skill-unlocking scrolls and a reincarnation mechanic. Morimirai lists these systems as ways for players to advance through many stages over time without continuous active play.
Characters are divided into classes such as female ninjas, samurai, fighters and demons, each with distinct skills and battlefield roles. The developer highlights team composition, character synergies and enemy matchups as factors that influence success beyond simply collecting the most powerful units.
Promotional material from Morimirai shows anime-style character art and bright visuals, with emphasis on automated battles rather than direct player control in combat. The company has not announced a release plan for regions outside Japan, nor has it provided details on post-launch events or monetization.
