MiHoYo’s Petit Planet sets December 4 release date
MiHoYo will release Petit Planet, a life simulation game about building and managing a small planet, for iOS and Android on December 4.
Petit Planet puts players in the role of a Tender responsible for developing a small planetoid. They can build structures, plant crops, decorate the environment and add new forms of life.
Players gather Luca, an in-game resource used to expand the planetoid and introduce new life. The game also includes exploration across the Starsea, with travel to other areas for additional activities.
The game features talking animals and a colourful setting. Its activities focus on building, planting, decorating, exploration and daily tasks rather than combat.
Petit Planet is a life simulation game from MiHoYo, the developer behind the action role-playing games Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail. The game uses a space setting centred on a miniature planet.
Petit Planet was playable at Gamescom earlier this year, where its activities included building, planting, decorating and exploration. It is scheduled to launch on iOS and Android on December 4.
