MLBB: Hanzo ‘Fangs of Slaughter’ in September Starlight Pass

MOONTON Games published details of the September 2026 Starlight Pass, which adds Hanzo’s first Starlight skin, Fangs of Slaughter, to Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. The standard Starlight Pass is priced at 300 diamonds and the Premium option at 750 diamonds. The pass includes a bonus painted skin, 300 Crystal of Aurora on purchase, a Starlight Radiant Kit that alters some UI elements, and a month-long Starlight Chest event running from September 1 to 30, 2026.

The Fangs of Slaughter skin applies new visual effects to Hanzo’s first skill and his ultimate, with animations designed to emphasize his burst damage potential. Hanzo received a gameplay revamp in February 2025 that increased his jungle clear speed and improved his map rotation; the new Starlight skin features effects and animations that coordinate with those updated mechanics. Buyers of the Starlight Pass can additionally purchase a painted variant called Fangs of Frenzy for 100 diamonds; that painted skin uses a yellowish-blue color palette distinct from the main Starlight outfit.

Additional Starlight Pass rewards include an exclusive skin trail effect that appears when Hanzo leaves base and a Hanzo Fangs of Slaughter Sacred Statue that grants extra end-of-match rewards. The Starlight Chest event permits draws at 10 diamonds each, with a maximum of 50 draws during the month; rewards available through the chest include normal and premium Starlight cards and other in-game items.

Players who have never bought a Starlight Pass since the pass revamp in February 2023 receive a First Purchase reward: a random Summer Skin Chest that can yield summer-themed skins for Hayabusa, Chang’e or Nana. The Starlight Shop for September will offer 10 random pre-existing Starlight skins available only to that month’s pass buyers; each shop skin costs 3,000 Starlight Fragments, and exclusive Annual Starlight skins are priced at 5,000 fragments.

Starlight membership items included with the pass cover profile and interface cosmetics such as a 31-day avatar border, exclusive match notification, graffiti, chat bubble and profile frame. Starlight membership also provides ongoing in-game privileges: access to a rotating set of free heroes and skins each week, an extended friend limit up to 200, 10% more experience per match, 30% more mastery points per match, 5% more Battle Points per match, an extra 10 protection points when losing a ranked match, exclusive elimination alerts and spawn and recall effects, a Starlight Talent page and a one-time free Mysterious Shop refresh.

MOONTON packaged the September rewards around one-time cosmetics and ongoing membership advantages. The Starlight Chest event and the Shop offerings will be available throughout September 2026, and pass purchases during that month are required to access month-specific shop items and some exclusive rewards.
