Mobile Legends Advanced Server 2.2.20: Hero, Map and Combat Tweaks

Moonton released Mobile Legends Advanced Server 2.2.20 to registered testers, adding hero balance adjustments, map updates and combat tweaks ahead of live deployment.

Moonton deployed Mobile Legends Advanced Server 2.2.20 to registered testers this week. The update places hero balance changes, map adjustments and combat system tweaks into the test environment so developers can collect player feedback before applying changes to live servers.

The patch targets multiple hero roles with targeted buffs and nerfs. Fighters and assassins received cooldown and base-stat adjustments intended to reduce single-hit kill windows while keeping their late-game strength. Marksmen changes focus on early attack speed and scaling to limit dominant early snowballing. Mages saw edits to skill damage and mana costs to moderate burst potential. Support and tank adjustments affect sustain values and crowd-control durations to change team fight pacing. Most changes are numeric or cooldown edits rather than full ability overhauls.

Map updates aim to alter early roaming and objective control. Jungle camp respawn timers and several camp strengths were adjusted to create clearer invasion and contest windows. Minion wave health and turret defenses were changed on selected lanes to influence push timing and comeback opportunities. River brush positions and a handful of vision points were moved to modify gank routes and sightlines while keeping the map’s overall layout intact.

Combat system tweaks refine damage scaling and item interactions. The build updates how penetration and defense reduce incoming damage and revises several popular combat items so their actives and passives match intended power levels. Movement speed caps were adjusted and certain crowd-control priority rules were changed to address inconsistent control interactions reported by players.

The patch also fixes bugs and clarifies visuals. Developers corrected several hero skill hitbox issues and animation mismatches. Damage number displays were clarified for specific abilities, and tooltips for select items and emblems were updated to show new values and effects.

Testers can submit feedback through the Advanced Server client, in-game reporting tools and community forums. Moonton said it will review tester feedback and telemetry data before finalizing tuning and announcing a timetable for the live rollout.
