MONOPOLY GO! launches Halloween token design contest

MONOPOLY GO! opened a community contest July 20–28, 2026 inviting players to submit Halloween-inspired token designs on its official Discord; two winners will become in-game Tokens.

Scopely opened a community design contest for MONOPOLY GO! that runs July 20–28, 2026. Players can submit Halloween-themed token designs on the game’s official Discord; two winning entries will be produced as playable Tokens in a future Season.

The contest, titled “A Wickedly Wonderful Workshop: Design a MONOPOLY GO! Token!”, accepts submissions on the #Spooky-Community-Workshop channel. Creators must join the Discord server and submit original artwork between July 20 and July 28. Submissions may be hand-drawn, digitally produced, or created by other non-AI methods.

Organizers ask that designs follow a Halloween or spooky theme. Scopely recommends artwork be clear, bold and easily recognizable so it fits the standard Token dome and circular stand. Entrants are encouraged to provide front and back views because both sides of a Token are visible when it moves around the board. AI-generated or heavily AI-edited images are not eligible, and submissions that include recognizable third-party brands, characters or copyrighted designs may be removed.

After the submission window closes, the MONOPOLY GO! team will review entries and select 20 finalists. Those finalists will be presented for community voting from July 31 to August 4. The two designs receiving the most eligible votes will be declared winners and later produced as in-game Tokens.

Finalists will receive 400 Rolls and one 4-Star Sticker Pack. Each of the two grand-prize winners will receive 1,000 Rolls, an additional 4-Star Sticker Pack and a Swap Pack, and their artwork will be added to the game.

Scopely previously held community design events that allowed players to appear as in-game stickers. The company described the token contest as another opportunity for player artwork to be integrated into future Seasons.
