When Mortal Shell 2 Arrives: Release Date and Times

Mortal Shell 2 will release on August 20, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. SteamDB lists the expected PC release time as 6:00 AM Pacific Time on that date; Cold Symmetry has not published official global launch times.

Developer Cold Symmetry markets Mortal Shell 2 as a standalone Soulslike sequel. The studio describes the game as featuring a larger world, tougher enemies and more content than the original title. The release covers digital storefronts for the three platforms and any retail listings will carry their own availability details.

If the SteamDB time holds, 6:00 AM PT on August 20 converts to 8:00 AM Central Time, 9:00 AM Eastern Time, 10:00 AM Brasília Time, 2:00 PM British Summer Time, 3:00 PM Central European Summer Time, 9:00 PM China Standard Time, 10:00 PM Korea Standard Time and Japan Standard Time, 11:00 PM Australian Eastern Time on August 20, and 1:00 AM New Zealand Standard Time on August 21. These conversions are provisional and may change when Cold Symmetry or platform stores publish official schedules.

Cold Symmetry and platform storefronts have not released a post-launch plan such as patch schedules or downloadable content timing. Retail and digital pages may add precise launch times or regional details ahead of August 20, and those updates will determine when players can access the game in their region.
