MPL Cambodia Season 11 Champion Earns Direct M8 Slot

MOONTON and T.Y Media announced that the winner of Mobile Legends MPL Cambodia Season 11 will receive a guaranteed berth at the M8 world championship. The tournament is planned as an offline event with 10 teams competing for a $50,000 prize pool.

The competition will have two stages: a Regular Season followed by Playoffs. The Regular Season will use a single round-robin format with all matches played best-of-three. The top six teams from the Regular Season will advance to the Playoffs.

The Playoffs will use a hybrid elimination bracket. The two highest-seeded teams will receive byes while lower-seeded teams begin in Round 1. Playoff series are expected to be best-of-five; the exact format for the Grand Final has not been finalized.

Ten teams will take part. Six teams are set to return from the previous MPL Cambodia season and two slots will be decided through qualifiers. Organizers will announce the full roster of participants ahead of the start date.

Matches will be played in person and streamed on the game’s official Facebook and YouTube channels. Specific dates, match times and the venue for the offline event have not been released.

Organizers provided a proposed prize distribution: $16,000 and the M8 slot for the champion, $8,000 for the runner-up, $5,000 for third place, $3,500 for fourth, $2,500 for fifth, $2,000 for sixth and $1,500 each for seventh and eighth. Exact payouts will be confirmed in tournament materials.

The tournament is part of the 2026 esports roadmap for Mobile Legends and will feed into the international competitive calendar. Organizers expect to release further details on teams, the full match schedule and the venue in the coming weeks.
