Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds launches unified global server

Netmarble relaunched Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds as a unified global service called ‘One Universe, One Journey,’ removing NFT features and adding migration support, growth content and level-boosting events.

Netmarble has relaunched Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds under a single global service branded ‘One Universe, One Journey.’ The publisher replaced prior regional editions with one unified server, removed previously available NFT features and introduced tools to help players move progress and items into the new environment.

The company said migration rewards will be tied to each player’s highest recorded Combat Power. Players will receive Crown Fund Tickets that can be spent in a Crown Fund Ticket Shop on items intended to accelerate progression. The distribution of rewards via the Crown Fund service is based on peak Combat Power achieved before migration.

To speed leveling, Netmarble added the Adventurer’s Journey, a set of guided missions, and a Boosting Field, a new dungeon that grants an experience-point bonus and can help characters reach Level 200 faster than regular gameplay. A Rookie Adventurer’s Special Power Up grants points based on playtime; those points can be exchanged for boosted gear and Familiars to support early progression.

Netmarble has scheduled a 14-day launch event during which players can receive up to 3,000 Crown Fund Tickets. The publisher framed the event and rewards as support for players transferring to the unified server and as an incentive for returning users.

Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds originally launched as a title for mobile and PC that combines role-playing mechanics with social and multiplayer features. Since its initial release, the game has undergone multiple service changes; the new global server removes earlier NFT components and refocuses the service on in-game progression systems and multiplayer play.
