Nine Crowns of Faenord launches as 3D mobile RPG
Nine Crowns of Faenord is now available on iOS and Android as a free-to-try 3D single-player RPG where players lead a warband, besiege castles and expand a domain.
Nine Crowns of Faenord is available to download now on Apple’s App Store and Google Play. The game is a fully 3D, single-player role-playing title in which players lead a warband, conduct castle sieges and attempt to expand their domain. The release uses a free-to-try model with an in-app purchase to unlock the full experience.
Gameplay centers on real-time conflicts, party management and territorial control. Players recruit and command units, move across a fantasy map and make strategic decisions during assaults on strongholds. The game is designed for solo play and runs entirely in 3D.
Developers plan to continue supporting the game with future updates, but they have not provided a public roadmap or schedule for those updates.
The visuals favor functional design over high-end presentation. Early players have reported modest detail in environments and character models, and several animations appear stiff. The development team has acknowledged its small size and indicated intentions to improve graphics and animations in future patches.
The title combines open-world movement, squad command and castle assaults in a design often compared to Mount & Blade–style gameplay. The release focuses on single-player progression rather than multiplayer features.
The launch arrives in a market where visual polish and smooth performance frequently shape player expectations. Nine Crowns of Faenord positions itself as a compact, single-player medieval fantasy strategy RPG that emphasizes warband management and planned long-term support over initial graphical fidelity.
