Phantom Tower blends Vampire Survivors, Diablo on mobile
Phantom Tower is a free-to-try mobile roguelike on iOS and Android, pairing swarm-based combat with Diablo-style loot as players climb 100 floors.
Phantom Tower is now available on iOS and Android. The mobile roguelike combines swarm-based, fast hack-and-slash combat with class-based systems and item progression as players attempt to reach the 100th floor of a hostile tower.
Players start runs by selecting a class that sets their initial abilities and access to elemental skills. During a run they face waves of enemies, use movement to avoid damage and time abilities to trigger elemental reactions. Enemies drop equipment that can be salvaged or equipped during the same run.
The game lets players salvage fallen gear to recover crafting materials and then craft stronger weapons and armor. New blessings become available between runs; these blessings provide persistent upgrades that remain active for subsequent attempts.
Individual ascents are short and designed to be challenging, with players repeating runs to reach deeper floors. The layered progression separates immediate combat loops from long-term growth: quick play sessions reward skill and timing, while blessings and crafted gear increase power over multiple sessions.
Combat emphasizes movement, crowd control and the timing of class abilities to exploit elemental interactions. Crafting depends on resources gathered inside the tower, enabling players to experiment with different builds and equipment combinations as they progress.
Phantom Tower is offered as a free-to-try download on the App Store and Google Play, with an optional in-app purchase to unlock the full game. The release joins a group of recent mobile roguelikes that combine short, repeatable runs with persistent upgrades and gear systems.
