Pocket Horse: Racing Champion launches on iOS and Android
Foxie Ventures released Pocket Horse: Racing Champion on iOS and Android. The mobile simulation lets players breed, care for and race horses across four competitive disciplines.
Foxie Ventures has released Pocket Horse: Racing Champion for Android and iOS. The game places players in Oakmeer, a town with a backstory about a once-famous horse community, and asks them to run a small ranch, expand their stable, breed foals and enter events to rebuild the town’s equestrian reputation.
Gameplay centers on stable management and horse customization. Players start with a single horse and a basic ranch, then add animals and facilities. Visual options include coat patterns, face markings, mane and tail styles and leg markings. Each horse also has traits, moods and personality attributes that affect how it responds to care and how it performs in events.
Routine care tasks in the game include feeding, preparing longer-lasting feed mixes, grooming, washing and playing with horses to maintain health and happiness. Breeding is a core mechanic: offspring inherit appearance, statistical attributes and behavioral tendencies from their parents, allowing players to focus bloodlines toward specific performance goals.
Competition is divided into four event types. Barrel racing tests agility and tight turning. Dressage evaluates precision and control. Flat racing measures straight-line speed. Show jumping assesses jumping ability and timing. Each discipline emphasizes different horse attributes, and players can train and breed animals to match the demands of particular events.
Stable management requires planning training schedules, expanding facilities and tracking the condition and mood of multiple horses, all of which affect outcomes in competitions. The game combines visual customization with inherited traits to create variation across animals, while the Oakmeer storyline provides a narrative goal for players.
Pocket Horse: Racing Champion is available now on the Google Play Store and the App Store for Android and iOS devices. The title was developed and published by Foxie Ventures.
